Hi Nate. The FO, I feel, has done a great job this off season getting guys as Jevon, Dhanti & Terrel. Dhanti (sp) Jones appears to be a fun guy, I feel his bow tie. :-) I understand he plays chess?. Boy, our D has really been helped out with the recent moves. Well, will miss Carlos but D. Jones appears to be a great guy and player. I wish you guys the best. Enjoy the off season. Well, ya know I'm wishing & hoping for a SB as I know you expect to be in the SB in Jan.. :-) great big smiles.

No, I don't think that there will be a conflict because each player has his own way of motivating players that need it. I would only be a problem if our locker room was filled with guys that have big ego problems, and that's something that we don't have. Thanks
